Guestii is all-in-one venue management software for nightlife and events: guestlists, ticketing, tables and booths, the door, promoters and payouts, on one guest record. Run the door, own the revenue, know your guests.
Door scans, ticket sales, table and booth bookings, VIP requests, promoter links, and the bar. Every surface lives in its own tool, with its own log-in, and none of them talk.
Every scan, every payment and every request lands on the same guest profile. Your tenth Saturday knows who's worth inviting, who actually spends at the bar, and who never came back. Your first one knew none of it.
QR entry, walk-in payments, role-based teams, live admission control. One operating system at the front of house, built for dark rooms, loud crowds, and 1am chaos. Explore operations →
Scan QR passes in dark, loud rooms. Every device shares the same live admission state, so no pass gets used twice. Revoke a pass mid-event. Override when you have to. See who's in the room, in real time.
Take walk-in payments via Square right at reception. Next-day settlement, not the 8-10 business day wait after an Eventbrite event. Every transaction tied to a guest, not a ticket.
Powered by SquareOwners, managers, scanners, reception, security. Each with their own permissions. See who approved each guest, who scanned them in, and who let them past the door for free.
Recurring weekly events, one-off pop-ups, multi-day festivals. Configure the night once, repeat in two clicks. Multiple ticket types per event, with caps and time windows.
Give every promoter on your team their own profile, their own list, and their own login. Put Hosts in charge of those teams inside Guest Line: they invite promoters, remove them, earn their own commissions, and still promote themselves. You get attribution per head, performance per promoter, and payouts you control. No more flat fees, no more disputes, no more guessing who earned their cut.
Onboard a promoter in 30 seconds. They get a public profile at gst.li/name, a live guest count, and an earnings tracker that updates as the door moves. You stop fielding "how many did I bring?" texts at 1am, because they're already looking at the answer.
Promoters run their own list inside Event Mode. You set the rules: which ticket types they can sell, which comps they can issue, which access levels they can grant. Every name they add syncs back to your reception staff in real time, tagged with who put them there.
Promoters approve their own requests so your team isn't a bottleneck. Each one builds a private CRM of who they brought and who actually showed, which means the regulars they pulled last month show up again next month. Their followers, your venue, your data.
Guest Line passes live in Apple Wallet and Google Wallet. Buy a ticket at one venue, walk into the next as a returning guest. Every entry adds to the same profile. Every venue benefits from the same network.
One tap to add to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. Updates push automatically. Date changes, room changes, comp upgrades, all live, no app to download.
Bought a ticket at Venue A, scanned straight in at Venue B the next week. Same pass, no second signup. The pass is the guest, not the ticket, so getting in never means starting again.
Every scan and every payment at your venue stitched to the same guest. No more "is this the same Sarah from last month?". Your CRM compounds night after night, and it stays yours alone.
Build a commission tier, attach it to an event, and let your promoters opt in from the Guest Line app. After the night, see exactly who earned what, then push payment summaries to Xero and bulk-pay everyone with a single bank file. No spreadsheets, no DMs at 2am. Explore promoter management →
Define a tier, pick the event, invite the promoters. They get a Guest Line notification to accept the rules, before a single guest arrives.
Once doors close, see exactly who's owed what. Sync the campaign to Xero as a payment summary, then download a bulk-pay bank file and pay every promoter from your business account in one go.
Every guest becomes a profile. Every night becomes data. Smart segments build themselves. No tagging, no spreadsheets, no guessing.
Search, filter, export across every event you've ever run. Auto-tagged the moment they walk in.
Visits, spend, top items, who brought them. Pulled live from Square at the bar and the door.
Every venue running on Guestii gets its own public profile. Live calendar, ticketing, guestlist requests, all on a page that's yours.
gst.li/yourvenue
One link for the website, the Insta bio, the QR on the wall, and the door. Live event listings, ticket sales, guestlist requests, all on a page that's yours, not buried in some marketplace feed.
gst.li/nameMoney, accounting, and bar systems plug straight in. No duct tape. No extra logins for your staff.
Need something we don't list? Tell us your stack and we'll tell you straight whether it's supported, on the roadmap, or not happening.
Everything you need to know about running your venue, your promoters, and your data on Guestii.
Guestii is all-in-one venue management software for nightlife and events, which people also call nightclub management software, guestlist software, or a nightlife platform. One system covers guestlists and request triage, online ticketing, table management with floor plans and minimum spend, booths and bottle service, door operations and QR admission, walk-in card payments, promoter management with commission payouts, and a guest CRM that ties bar spend back to the person who drank it. It replaces the four or five separate tools most venues run, and everything lands on a single guest record that stays yours.
Guestii is live across 8 countries and 4 continents: Australia, Japan, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Spain, and France. Anywhere Square operates for card payments and Xero runs for bookkeeping, Guestii runs. Headquartered in Melbourne, used worldwide.
Yes. Sell advance tickets through your own gst.li venue page, or embed the checkout white-labelled on your own site, with multiple ticket types per event, caps, timed releases and waitlists. Set a fixed price per ticket type, or switch a type to time-based entry pricing so the door price steps up by arrival window (free before 9, $15 from 10, $25 from 11) and pulls the room in early. Apple Pay and Google Pay at checkout, and an Apple or Google Wallet pass issued the moment someone buys. Walk-ins are taken on a Square reader at reception, and both channels land on the same guest profile. Our fee is a flat 50c per paid entry either way, added at checkout and paid by the buyer. More on ticketing →
Yes, end to end. Table management is part of the platform, not a bolt-on: build your floor plan, assign specific tables to specific bookings, and track minimum spend per table as the night moves. Booth and VIP requests arrive as structured intake instead of DMs, you take a deposit when the request is approved and charge the balance on arrival, and every payment stays tied to the table, the booker, and the guest who booked it. Table spend lands on the same guest profile as their door scan and their bar tab.
Guestii does everything a ticketing platform does, then keeps going. Online tickets, tiers, caps and timed releases are all in the box. The difference is either side of the sale: the same platform runs your guestlists, tables and booths, the door scanner, walk-in payments, promoter attribution, spend tracking, and CRM. A ticketing platform sells access and hands you a list. Guestii runs the whole night and keeps the guest record afterwards, on your own page rather than a marketplace feed.
Square at the door for instant settlement (next business day, not 8-10 business days after the event like Eventbrite). Promoter payouts via direct bank transfer: ABA bulk-pay files for Australian venues, native bank formats elsewhere. Xero sync for the books. Built on rails operators already use, wherever they run.
Yes. Reception, the side door and the VIP entrance all share the same live admission state, so a pass admitted at one door can't be used again at another. Every scan and override is tied to the staff member who made it.
If you use Square at both the door and the bar, we link the transactions on both sides back to the same guest profile. You see total spend per guest, items purchased, visit frequency, and behaviour patterns, automatically, with no staff tagging and nothing to key in.
No. Guestii facilitates; it doesn't employ. Promoters opt in to campaigns. Payouts are performance-based and run through your own accounting stack (Xero for the books, ABA for the bank transfer). Compliant by design.
Guestii is the venue OS: door, payments, CRM, team, reporting. Guest Line is the public layer: promoter and Host profiles, team hierarchy, request flows, distribution. Hosts lead promoter teams in the app. Together they form the front-of-house and growth infrastructure for nightlife and events.
