Every type of entry on one page
General admission, VIP booths, birthday packages. Hard caps, waitlists, access codes and coming-soon releases, all in the same flow.
Sell from your own page, price the door by arrival time, and put a wallet pass on their lock screen. Flat 50c per paid entry, paid by the buyer.
Free before 9. Fifteen from 10. Twenty-five from 11. Time-based entry pulls the room in early, because a 9pm arrival drinks across the night and a midnight arrival does not. Turn it on per ticket type, leave the rest at a fixed price, and let reception override the door price live.
How spend attribution worksApple Pay and Google Pay at checkout, a pass in the wallet on purchase, and a ticket they can hand to a friend without a group chat thread.

Full pricing breakdownIt's one option rather than the way pricing has to work: a ticket type can sit at a fixed price, or you set a price for each arrival window and Guestii steps it up on the clock. A common setup is free before 9pm, $15 from 10pm, $25 from 11pm. The point isn't the ticket revenue, it's getting the room full early, because a guest who arrives at 9pm drinks across the whole night and a guest who arrives at midnight doesn't. Pricing moves on arrival time rather than on how many tickets have sold, and reception can override the door price live if the night turns out quieter or busier than you planned for.
Yes, and it's the default. Every venue gets a hosted page at gst.li with all upcoming events, and the checkout can also be embedded white-labelled into the site you already have. Guestii isn't a consumer marketplace, so your events never sit in a public feed next to the club down the road, and the guest's email address belongs to you.
A flat 50c per paid entry, added at checkout and paid by the buyer, so the price you set is the amount you keep. No subscription, no per-seat fee, no percentage on top. Square processing applies separately, roughly 2.0% online or roughly 1.4% card-present at the door. Free and comp guestlist entries carry no Guestii fee at all. Full pricing breakdown
No. An Apple or Google Wallet pass is issued the moment they buy, so the QR sits on the lock screen instead of in an email they have to dig for in a queue. The pass is also permanent: one Guest Line pass works forever across every Guest Line venue, organiser and event, covering walk-ins, tickets, booth bookings and birthdays on the same credential rather than a fresh barcode every time.
Next business day. Payments run through Square into your own Square account, registered in your venue's name, rather than sitting with us in escrow. Guestii never holds the funds and can't freeze a payout, which is the practical difference from platforms that settle five to seven days after the event.
