Every promoter tracked.
Every payout settled.

Promoter management, Hosts, attribution and settlement on one system. Give every promoter their own profile, list and login. Put Hosts in charge of teams inside Guest Line. Then pay everyone from a file your bank already accepts. No flat fees, no disputed numbers, no cash in an envelope at 4am.

Every promoter,
their own command centre.

Onboard a promoter in 30 seconds. They get a public profile, a live guest count, and an earnings tracker that moves with the door, so you stop fielding "how many did I bring?" texts at 2am.

PUBLIC PROFILE

gst.li/name, ready to share.

Every promoter gets a public page for the bio, the story, or the group chat. Requests land in your inbox already attributed, from the very first tap.

LIVE EARNINGS

They watch it climb.

A live guest count and an earnings tracker that updates as the door moves. They are looking at the same number you are, so the night ends without an argument.

VERIFIED BADGES

Your best stand out.

Verified badges on promoter profiles, so the people genuinely filling your room are obvious to guests and to you, not just loud in the group chat.

PER-PROMOTER CRM

Built from your own nights.

Each promoter builds a private list of who they brought and who actually showed, auto-tagged as regulars, new, reliable or no-shows. Last month's regulars come back this month.

Promoter managers who
still fill the room.

Hosts are the hierarchy above promoters. They lead a team inside Guest Line: invite people on, take people off, earn their own commissions, and still act as promoters on their own list. The venue sees the structure. The Host runs it from their phone.

TEAM LEAD

One Host. Their promoters.

A Host owns a team under the venue. They are the person your operators talk to when the list needs scaling, not another flat roster of twenty names with no structure.

INVITE & REMOVE

They grow the roster.

Hosts invite new promoters onto their team and remove the ones who are not delivering. The venue does not have to babysit every join and leave from the back office.

OWN COMMISSIONS

Paid for leading and bringing.

Hosts earn their own commissions. They are not unpaid middle managers. When settlement runs, their cut is in the same bank file as every promoter on their team.

GUEST LINE

All of it on their phone.

Team management, their own promoter list, live earnings and campaign opt-ins all run through the Guest Line app. No second portal for Hosts to learn on a Saturday.

Who filled the room,
down to the entry.

You set what each promoter can sell and give away. Their list syncs live to the door, and every name they add carries its own attribution all the way through to settlement.

PER-ENTRY

Every entry has an owner.

Not a flat "they brought about forty". Each entry carries the promoter, the tier that priced it, and the moment it was scanned at the door.

RULES YOU SET

Event Mode, on your terms.

Choose which ticket types each promoter can sell, which comps they can issue, and which access levels they can grant. Everything syncs back to your door staff live.

SECRET LINKS

Trackable, expirable, single use.

For the VIP comp that should not get forwarded to eleven people. One link, one guest, and a record of exactly who used it.

Set the rules. Run the night.
Pay everyone right.

Build a commission tier, attach it to an event, and let promoters accept the terms in the Guest Line app before a single guest arrives. When doors close, push the campaign to Xero and pay the whole team from your own account in one go.

COMMISSION TIERS

Agreed before the night.

Define a tier, pick the event, invite the promoters. They accept the rules in the Guest Line app, so nobody is renegotiating at 4am with a queue outside.

XERO SYNC

Straight into the books.

Sync a settled campaign to Xero as a payment summary. Your bookkeeper works from the same numbers your door produced, without re-typing anything.

NATIVE BANK RAILS

The file your bank already takes.

Real ABA bulk-pay files for Australian venues, native direct-deposit formats for other markets. Guestii never holds the money, so it leaves your account, not ours.

VALIDATED FIRST

No half-finished payments.

Guestii will not generate a payment line until the ABN and the bank details are both valid, so one bad row cannot quietly break the whole batch.

What operators ask
before they switch.

How do venues pay promoters through Guestii?

Build a commission tier, attach it to an event, and promoters opt in from the Guest Line app before the night starts. Once doors close you see exactly who is owed what, sync the settled campaign to Xero as a payment summary, then download a bulk-pay bank file and pay the whole team from your own business account in one upload. Real ABA files for Australian venues, native direct-deposit formats elsewhere. Guestii never holds the money, so it leaves your account directly.

How is promoter attribution tracked?

Per entry, not per promoter. Every ticket, comp and walk-in links to the promoter who brought that guest, the commission tier that priced it, and the timestamp it was scanned. You can re-open any settled night and see the exact entries behind every dollar, rather than agreeing a round number after the fact.

Can I import an existing promoter roster?

Yes. Guestii supports CSV import for your team and your guest database, so a venue moving off another platform brings its roster and its guest history with it instead of starting from zero. Each promoter keeps their own profile and their own login once imported.

What does promoter management cost?

Nothing extra. There is no subscription and no per-seat fee, so adding promoters is free however many you run. The only Guestii fee is a flat 50c per paid entry, added at checkout and paid by the buyer, plus Square processing. Free and complimentary guestlists carry no Guestii fee at all.

Can promoters see their own numbers?

Yes, and it saves you the arguments. Each promoter gets their own login, a public profile at gst.li/name, a live guest count, and an earnings tracker that moves with the door. They also build a private CRM of who they brought and who actually showed, auto-tagged as regulars, new, reliable or no-shows.

What are Hosts?

Hosts are promoter managers inside Guest Line. A Host leads a team of promoters: they invite people onto the team, remove people from it, and earn their own commissions. They also act as promoters themselves, so they still run their own list, profile and guests. The whole hierarchy runs in the Guest Line app, not a separate back-office tool.

Do promoters become employees of the venue?

No. Guestii facilitates, it doesn't employ. Hosts and promoters opt in to campaigns, payouts are performance-based, and payment runs through your own accounting and banking stack: Xero for the books, native bank files for the transfer. Guestii is not the payer of record.

your promoters actually did?
